Pricing, Lead Times, and Terms are critical in selecting a manufacturing partner. This is where the rubber meets the road for brand owners looking to get the product to market. While every project is different, there are things we call “blocking and tackling” in terms of putting a project scope of work together. To help you quickly identify whether we may be a good fit for you, we have provided some things we would address if we were you.

• Opening First Position Price

  • All “opening first position pricing” is quoted as

    • FOB Lindon, Utah

    • Toll-based (brand owners provide film/corrugate).

• Cost Per Oz

  • Your Recipe - we will collaborate with you to identify all COGS associated with your recipe.

  • Your Packaging—Your final cost per ounce will involve a discussion of film. The cost of the film (type, quantity) will also factor in.

  • Pack out - Pallet density is huge. We will help you maximize every square inch.

  • Administration—There may be some costs here, depending on the complexity of your process and the number of third-party providers.

• Freight

  • If you require a “delivered” price, we will work with you to find the correct solution.

  • We are not a freight company.

  • We prefer to address freight and shipping costs as a straight-line item pass-through.

• Terms

  • Net 30.

• Start-Up Costs

  • May apply based on project complexity; we minimize these through collaboration.

  • We will work with you to identify any and all startup costs and are prepared to collaborate with you to address them.

• Lead Times

  • We manufacture fresh to order (3-4 week lead times).

  • We never warehouse finished goods.

  • We guarantee peak freshness.

• 3rd Party Suppliers

  • We have access to a variety of suppliers (edible and non-edible materials, film, corrugate) and freight companies. We will work with you to identify and secure the best prices from the best (your approved) suppliers.
