  • Wet Pop

    • Our wet popping method, an industry-standard process executed precisely, ensures uniform textures, shapes, and sizes, enhancing consumer satisfaction. 

    • Question - Do we air pop? Answer - We do not air pop.

    • Question -Why don’t you air pop? Answer - Maybe someday we will, but for now, most of our customers prefer to wet pop and apply the flavors in the kettle as part of the pop, or they prefer to dry coat. They also provide this specific feedback:

  • Small Batch Popping

    • We incorporate medium-sized industrial Kettles (Cretors) by design. Popping this way allows us to control each batch more closely and monitor quality on an individual kettle basis. We can hot-swap kettles in and out of production without interrupting the production shift.

  • Sifting

    • Every batch is sifted to eliminate unpopped kernels, ensuring a safe, premium product.

  • High-Speed Packaging

    • Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) machines process roll stock film, which is ideal for high-volume runs.

  • Semi-Automated and Hand-Fill

    • We fill pre-made pouches, tins, boxes, or bulk Gaylord totes for ingredient use.

  • Detection

    • Halo Metal Detector -We have metal detectors mounted to the vertical form, fil,l and seal machines

    • X-ray - We are evaluating and sourcing X-ray for our plant. We expect to have this in place in 2026.
