Capacity — Like you, we strive to maximize opportunity, grow the business profitably, and add value. Capacity allows us to do that. We have capacity.
“Just Right” Sized — We’re not a large manufacturing facility or the smallest. We are a medium-sized facility. We refer to our facility as “Just Right”. How will you know if we may be a good fit? If the large facilities have turned you down because you cannot meet their minimum order quantity or the small plants can’t scale up to meet your demand, we may be able to help. Our newly commissioned (11/2023) plant was designed to double our capacity at a future date.
Expertise & Knowledge — We have experience in various disciplines (co-packer, co-manufacturer, private label manufacturing, and selling a brand in the grocery channel). We’ve been popping since 2014 and co-manufacturing / private label manufacturing since 2016.
Flexibility & Creativity — Solving problems requires flexibility and creativity. We strive to say yes when others say no, and we’re comfortable with the challenge of finding new solutions to complex problems.
Commitment to Quality — We operate a SQF-certified facility. We are committed to quality processes and manufacturing, and have trained staff in GMP and HCCAP. All materials and finished products are fully traceable, and we have a robust Food Safety Plan.
Location—We are at the crossroads of West I-80 (East to West) and I-15 (North to South). We may be the perfect solution for brand owners looking to expand their reach.
Big Bags— Our Vertical Form Fill Seal machine is ideal for filling large bags.
Zippers — Our Vertical Form Fill and Seal machine can apply zippers.
Success Cannot Come At Any Expense of — Simply put, if after we complete the “Discovery” phase with you, if it is not a good fit, we are not afraid to let you know we cannot do it. In fact, we will help you find a larger partner who can help you. I know, sounds crazy…but, while most days, it does feel like popcorn is the only thing, including that next sale… It’s really about us all taking care of each other.
