Our Vertical Form Fill and Seal technology allows us to form and fill a vareity of sizes and types.

  • Traditional Bag Sizes

    • Our Vertical Form and tube/collar portfolio can fill a variety of sizes commonly found on the shelf today. If we don’t have a tube/collar to fit your current product or future product requirements, developing and acquiring that tube/collar becomes part of the project.

  • Big Bags - (The True Party / Club Bag Specialists)

    • We have specialized in bagging and packing large bags (20 to 30 oz) for many years. Currently, we form and fill a stand-up pouch and pillow bag that is fifteen inches wide (front panel) and twenty-six inches in height. These bags are sold in both grocery and club stores.

  • Zippers - (Stary Fresh Guarantee)

    • Offering a “Stay Fresh” zipper may be the value-added you have been looking for. Our Vertical Form Fill and Seal machine can apply a “top-of-the-bag” zipper.

    • Today, we have two standard zipper sizes with double hook and loop.

  • Film Width & Maximum Fill Height

    • Our maximum film width is 854 mm or 33.62 inches.

    • The maximum fill height is approximately 30 inches, which equates to a maximum bag height of roughly 28 inches.

  • Fill Weights

    • 2 ounces (56 grams) up to 100 oz (2384 grams)

  • Seal Type

    • Our forming tubes incorporate a standard “Fin” seal.

    • If you require a lap seal, we can address that as well.

  • Shelf Life

    • Shelf life is a function of the product itself, the film barrier, the quality of the seals on the bag, the atmosphere, and the storage temperature over time.

    • We can help you find the right combination to achieve your specified shelf life.

  • Unit Packaging

    • Your product can be boxed and palletized or placed in a shipper. We are prepared to help package and prepare your finished product for shipping.
