We also focus on redundancy. The age-old two is one, and one is none, and it is critical to ensure we can operate consistently and safely. Every team member at every step of every process is empowered to “stop the line” or “process” if they feel quality has been compromised.
From receiving to shipping, every bag, box, case, pallet, and truck is logged and all contents accounted for. Complete chain of custody and traceability is a standard. Our “Approved Supplier and Service Vendor” program ensures that our Food Safety Plan is followed and adhered to.
Our PCQI-trained team adheres to GMP and FSMA principles and practices.
We have popcorn recipes and recipes for setting up production equipment, ensuring predictable and replicable results. Our methods include:
