    • Butterfly or Mushroom (Yellow); white kernels or custom varieties sourced from approved suppliers.

  • Popping Oils

    • Non-GMO Canola Blend, Sunflower; optional Soy Coconut Blend or specialty oils sourced to your recipe. We can access other blends or work with you on a new blend.

  • Flavors

    • Savory: Topical dry seasonings (e.g., Authentic Movie Theater, Fiesta Street Taco, Jalapeño, Garlic & Onion, Dill, Lime, Honey BBQ, Cheese).

    • Salty & Sweet: Kettle-cooked (e.g., Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, Churro)

    • Caramel: (e.g., Caramel, Sea Salt Caramel, Caramel Toffee).

    • Enhancers: Spicy profiles (Fuego, Jalapeño Kettle), protein-infused options, or custom blends developed with flavor houses.

  • Dry Coating:

    • Flavors are applied via dry coating with or without oil mist for consistent flavor.

  • Sifting

    • Every batch is sifted to eliminate unpopped kernels, ensuring a safe, premium product.

  • High-Speed Packaging

    • Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) machines process roll stock film, which is ideal for high-volume runs.

  • Semi-Automated and Hand-Fill

    • We fill pre-made pouches, tins, boxes, or bulk Gaylord totes for ingredient use.
